By 12:00 UTC on September 16, Florin's Network tracker recorded more than 400,000 transactions per hour across Arc. This count covers all observed network transactions, beyond the venues and assets Florin tracks individually.

Circle launched Arc's public mainnet on September 16, 2026, reporting more than 100 applications available at launch. The network supports Ethereum smart contracts and tooling, charges fees in USDC, and settles transactions in under a second, according to the announcement.

Day-one markets include Aave and Morpho for lending and Curve and Uniswap for trading. Circle Payments Network is integrated into Arc, while StableFX provides around-the-clock currency trading and settlement. Circle is also releasing Arc Studio, a coding agent for onchain applications, and Arc App Kits, a toolkit for payments, swaps, onramps, and yield.

Network access is public, with a permissioned validator set. Circle names BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard, Visa, and others in a founding cohort being introduced in phases. Confidential transactions and balances remain in development for network-wide release.

Florin currently covers StableFX, Curve, and Synthra, with more venues to come. Tracked assets include USDC, EURC, EURAU, CHFAU, USYC, and cirBTC.
